Welcoming a New Year

As you can see I've given Dear Walter a facelift, and as 2009 was the Year of Hope, 2010 - I've decided - is the Year of Perseverance. I will not only persevere with trying to have a family, but with staying hopeful, trusting God and trying to love my MB as well as he loves me.

Tomorrow will be a difficult day - MB's cousin is having their child christened and one of his other cousins, who has just given birth to a baby girl, will probably be there. I'm trying my best not to get down about it, but I know it will be hard not to be jealous, not to want what others have, and to be content with what I am and what I have. I coped quite well at Christmas, but I think tomorrow will be different - with the focus being on celebrating one family's blessing and joy. Please pray that I would be kind and gracious tomorrow - holding it together until I get home.
